1. The organizer of the campaign is Inbank Finance AS (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), reg. no. 16197915, Niine tn 11, 10414 Tallinn, info@inbank.ee.

  2. The campaign is valid from 10 July to 10 August 2025.

  3. To participate in the campaign, the customer must make a purchase at one of the campaign partner sales points (both physical stores and online stores), using Inbank's “Pay in parts” or “Pay in 3” payment solutions via the Maksekeskus payment provider platform.

  4. To use Inbank’s payment solutions, the purchase amount at the campaign partners' sales points must fall within the following range:

    1. For “Pay in parts” and “Pay in 3” — from €75 to €2500

  5. The campaign partners are:

    1. Nordbaby (Fliis Trade OÜ, reg. no. 10539310)

    2. Brain Games (Brain Games OÜ, reg. no. 11366678)

    3. Mammu Couture (Mammu Couture OÜ, reg. no. 12129130)

    4. Liina Stein (Liina Stein OÜ, reg. no. 11937106)

  6. Campaign prizes are as follows:

    1. Nordbaby – a €100 Nordbaby gift card will be raffled among all customers who made a purchase using Inbank's payment solutions.

    2. Brain Games – a €50 Brain Games gift card will be raffled among all customers who made a purchase using Inbank's payment solution.

    3. Mammu Couture – a €100 Mammu Couture gift card will be raffled among all customers who made a purchase using Inbank's payment solution.

    4. Liina Stein – a €100 Liina Stein gift card will be raffled among all customers who made a purchase using Inbank's payment solution.

  7. By participating in the campaign, participants confirm that they agree with all the terms and conditions of the campaign.

  8. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer has the unilateral right to terminate the campaign, promptly informing participants through its official channels.

  9. Any disputes arising from the campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

  10. All complaints related to the organization and/or conduct of the campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s email address: info@inbank.ee.

  11. The Organizer will respond to complaints within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
